Please come with written proposals that have had support of your home club to be discussed and voted on by delegates at the delegates meeting.

 

Proposals can be brought up at the meeting, if there is support from the floor allowed to be submitted for delegates to vote on.

 

Election of officers at this meeting.

 

Results for the year are all posted including year end reports.

 

If anyone would like a copy of thier own results this year, or previous years, which gives you just your birds and placement please let me know.   Results

Rules of the Game

All crates are to be marked clearly with release (A/B/C/D) and station name if more than one release point on the weekend.

A - Release - Regular - Blue Tape
B - Release - 5 Bird - Red Tape
C - Release - well C Release - Purple Tape

D - Release - Auction or other non A, B or CD - Yellow Tape

 

We are also asking that each crate is identified with a number or letter and basket letter/number is noted on basketing sheet for home club.
 

All birds will have a countermark or chip or all birds in the crate will be brought back with the driver and disqualified (No Soup Birds)
