I have posted the results from the Michigan Classic Band Race.

General Information

 

This website in the past was paid for in part by monies received from the "dues/van trailer fee/assessment"  and was part of compensation to the Combine Race Secretary, this fee is no longer collected.   Remaing funds were donationed from yours truely as I enjoy(ed) doing it. 

 

One thing that will not be readly available on this website is "combine business" - Minutes, Proposals, things that non "members" or even non pigeon flyers do not need to see.

 

In the future if we want this medium to continue it probably needs to at least be discusses as part of our combine "fees" seperate from the transportation service being provided by the Frankenmuth club, which we really did not think about in the meetings or discussions.

 

Right now as it stands not one single member in the combine is paying "Dues".

All times and weather will be reported from https://www.timeanddate.com/ for release points and Lansing Sunrise and Sunset.

 

 

Rules of the Game

All crates are to be marked clearly with release and station name if more than one release point on the weekend.

A - Release - Regular
B - Release - 10 Bird
 

C - Release - well C Release

D - Release - Auction or other non A,B or C

 

 

 

We are also asking that each crate is identified with a number or letter and basket is noted on basketing sheet for home club.
 

All members are required to have an entry/basketing sheet given to the driver. Very important with the Avain Flu
  

All birds will have a countermark or chip or all birds in the crate will be brought back with the driver and disqualified (No Soup Birds)
